Cassava flour production line

Cassava is transported by a shovel to the raw material warehouse, and then sent by a belt conveyor to the dry screen for cleaning soil and impurities. After cleaning, the cassava is divided into three peelers. Then It is sent by a belt conveyor to the cutting machine for cutting and temporarily stored in the clean cassava warehouse for further processing.

The cut cassava is transported to a demagnetizer and then enters raspers. The cassava slurry is pumped by a screw pump into a diaphragm filter press for pressure filtration and dehydration. The dehydrated filter cake has a moisture content of about 40%. The filtrate can flow into the filtrate tank for collection and be pumped out of the workshop or returned to the cleaning section for recycling, saving water consumption.

The filter cake from diaphragm filter press is conveyed by a belt conveyor and collected by a winch before being transported to the wet cake crusher for crushing. The crushed material enters the air flow drying system for the first drying, and then the semi dry cassava whole powder from the drying brake enters the air flow drying system for the second drying. After the second air flow drying system, the material has basically reached the moisture requirements of the finished product. The dried material enters the starch sieve for screening, and the screened material is crushed by the crusher and then enters the feeding unit of the second stage air flow drying system for further drying. The undersized material enters the finished product warehouse for temporary storage, and is then transported to the packaging machine for packaging and storage.
