1t/h Cassava Flour Project in Nigeria Successfully Commissioned
Zhengzhou Jinghua Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully put into operation the 1 ton per hour (1t/h) cassava flour making project in Nigeria. The complete line achieved stable output, high efficiency and full compliance with standards in the same year.
Equipped with high-performance cassava processing machine and core rasper equipment, the line features: washing rate ≥98%, rasper crushing efficiency ≥95%, dehydration moisture ≤40%, drying capacity 1000kg/h, final moisture 10–13%, recovery rate ≥85%. It realizes automatic processing from cleaning, crushing, degritting, dehydration, drying to packaging.
